Nickel-based alloys are high-performance alloy materials composed of nickel as the base (content ≥50%) and added elements such as chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, iron, copper, titanium, and aluminum. They have excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, fatigue resistance, and good machinability, and are widely used in extreme working conditions such as aerospace, energy and power, petrochemical, and marine engineering.
