Galvanized steel strips

Galvanized steel strip is processed by ordinary steel strip pickling, galvanizing, packaging and other processes. It is widely used because of its good anti-corrosion performance. It is mainly used to make metal products that are cold-worked and no longer galvanized. For example: metal products such as light steel keels, peach-shaped columns for guardrails, sinks, rolling doors, bridges, etc.


There are many factors affecting the size of zinc flowers. When the zinc liquid composition has the conditions for the formation of zinc flowers, the following factors will affect the size of zinc flowers:

(1) Raw material: the thicker the raw material steel plate, the smaller the surface roughness, the larger the zinc flower.
(2) Cooling rate: the faster the cooling rate, the shorter the crystal growth time, the smaller the zinc flower.
(3) Number of crystal nuclei: The size of zinc flower is closely related to the number of crystal nuclei of zinc flower. When the surface of steel base is rough or the surface cleanliness is poor, the zinc flower is relatively small. Zinc grains are formed on steel base, and the more nuclei there are, the smaller the zinc flowers will be. This principle is used in the production process of small zinc flowers.
