Cold Rolled Annealed Coil
It is a heat treatment process to recrystallize cold-rolled strips, eliminate cold-rolled work hardening, and restore plasticity to obtain expected physical and physical-chemical properties. The process flow is generally divided into preliminary annealing, intermediate annealing and finished annealing. The annealing process varies with the purpose, and recrystallization annealing, incomplete annealing and complete annealing are often used. In order to obtain a strip with no oxidation and no decarburization on the surface, the strip is bright annealed in a protective atmosphere.
Bell annealing is divided into single-stack annealing and multi-stack annealing. According to different coil forms, there are two types: tight coil annealing and loose coil annealing (see bell annealing). Most bell furnace annealing, although the processing period is long, but due to the large number of furnaces, flexible use, and low investment, it is often used in the annealing of cold-rolled plate and strip steel. In the late 1970s, a strong convection full hydrogen bell furnace annealing (HICON/H2) appeared. Pure hydrogen is used as the protective gas, and the large-blade centrifugal vortex machine produces strong convection, which increases the coil heating and cooling speed by 40% to 50%; the annealing cycle is shortened, and the energy consumption is low; a high-quality surface close to that achieved by continuous annealing can be obtained.

Continuous annealing is a new technology for annealing cold-rolled strip steel introduced in the 1970s, with large annealing output. Continuous furnace annealing has been developed for many years, and the annealing equipment has been continuously improved, and gradually tends to be specialized according to the variety of production, so as to reduce the basic construction cost of the unit and improve the quality of the product. Continuous furnace annealing can not only produce special deep-drawing grade strip steel with good surface grade, but also produce high-strength strip steel. performance.

A2 : Generally it is within 7 days after received advance payment or L/C. If the goods is not in stock , according to the quantity
it is within 15 days. Loading port:QINGDAO or TIANJIN.
