The main requirements for the performance of silicon steel are:
1. Low iron loss, which is the most important indicator of the quality of silicon steel sheet. Countries are divided according to the value of iron damage, the lower the iron damage, the higher the brand.
2, strong magnetic field under the magnetic induction intensity (magnetic sensation) is high, which makes the motor and transformer core volume and weight reduction, saving silicon steel sheet, copper wire and insulation materials.

4. Good punching property, which is more important for the manufacture of miniature and small motor.
5, the surface insulation film adhesion and weldability is good, can prevent corrosion and improve the punching property.
1.Pickling
The oxide of hot-rolled steel strip is removed by descaling machine and salt and acid tank to prevent surface defects of cold-rolled products.
2.Cold stamping
In order to ensure the thickness and material of different uses, the deceleration ratio is set at 40%-90%, and to achieve automatic thickness control, automatic shape control and other advanced control equipment.
3.Annealing
It is to soften the hardened steel strip in cold stamping engineering. Through metal heating and rapid cooling, deep processing steel and high tensile steel are produced, and packing (cover annealing) and continuous annealing method.
4.Insulating coating
When the silicon steel plate is processed into iron core, in order to improve its machining performance and prevent the eddy current loss equivalent to the thickness of the steel plate, continuous coating equipment is used to spray insulation coating liquid on the bottom of the steel plate
