Galvanized Corrugated Sheet:

Corrugated galvanized iron or steel (colloquially corrugated iron (near universal), corrugated sheet metal (in North America) and occasionally abbreviated CGI) is a building material composed of sheets of hot-dip galvanized mild steel, cold-rolled to produce a linear corrugated pattern in them. 

The corrugations increase the bending strength of the sheet in the direction perpendicular to the corrugations, but not parallel to them. Normally each sheet is manufactured longer in its strong direction.
 

 

 

CGI is lightweight and easily transported. It was and still is widely used especially in rural and military buildings such as sheds and water tanks. Its unique properties were used in the development of countries like Australia from the 1840s, and it is still helping developing countries today.
Corrugated iron is equivalent to tin roof.

 

Galvanized steel is widely used in applications where corrosion resistance is needed without the cost of stainless steel, and is considered superior in terms of cost and life-cycle. It can be identified by the crystallization patterning on the surface.

Thickness 0.35-0.40mm: Best for medium roofing and general walling projects such as small or medium-sized factories. Thickness 0.40-0.47 mm: Best for medium-to-large roofing projects such as medium-sized factories or buildings that require high-quality construction.

1. The bulk method should be placed neatly according to the length of the material; the container should be made of metal plates or wooden strips and other materials. 
2. The length of the color steel tile should be properly determined according to the conditions of use and transportation. It should not exceed 3m and not less than 2 bundles; the length of (3~6)m should not be less than 3 bundles; the length greater than 6 m should not be less than 4 bundles. 
3. The package content should be the same type and length of pressed color steel tiles. If mixed, they should be labeled separately for easy identification and use. 
4. After the agreement between the supplier and the buyer, fine packaging can be carried out according to the requirements of the buyer, and the packaging method is agreed by the supplier and the buyer. 
5. Products can be transported by car, train, ship or container. Mechanical damage should be avoided during transportation.
