Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 3-5 working days if the goods are in stock or it will need 7-20 working days if the goods need to be customized
Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer free samples, the customer need pay freight cost.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% deposit in advance and balance see B/L copy or balance by L/C at sight.
Q: The customer does not pay after finalizing the order, how to urge the payment?
A. The customer is more sincere and real, and emphasize the validity period of the price with the customer. Our prices are only valid for two days, you can see if you can arrange prepayment in these two days.
B. The customer's price itself is already lower than the cost. Directly inquire about the status of the payment, and when will it arrive in the account.
C. The customer keeps saying to pay, but never pays. Ask the customer, is there any difficulty with payment, is there anything we can help?

Q. The customer requests the credit insurance order transaction.
Because credit insurance orders must be monitored by the government, we must pay 13% VAT. Therefore, if the credit insurance order is traded, the price will be much higher. we have to paid tax to the government, and the price I gave is at cost price if we go with alibaba, the price will be higher a lot.
