The checkered steel plate can be used as floors, factory escalators, working frame pedals, ship decks, and automobile floor plates because of its ribbed surface and anti-skid effect.
The specification of checkered steel plate is represented by the basic thickness (the thickness of the rib is not counted), and there are 10 specifications of 2.5-8 mm. Checker plate steel plate with No. 1-3.
Class B ordinary carbon structural steel is rolled, and its chemical composition meets the requirements of GB700 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Carbon Structural Steel".
The height of the checkered plate is not less than 0.2 times the thickness of the base plate;
Checkered steel plate is delivered according to actual weight or theoretical weight;

Steel plates are delivered in a hot-rolled state;
There must be no air bubbles, scars, cracks, folds and inclusions on the surface of the checkered steel plate, and the steel plate must not be delaminated.
There are two levels of surface quality:
Ordinary precision: The surface of the steel plate is allowed to have a thin layer of iron oxide scale, rust, surface roughness and other local defects whose height or depth exceeds the allowable deviation due to the peeling off of the iron oxide scale.
Inconspicuous burrs and individual traces whose height does not exceed the grain height are allowed on the pattern. The maximum area of a single defect shall not exceed the square of the grain length.
Higher precision: The surface of the steel plate is allowed to have a thin layer of iron oxide scale, rust and other local defects whose height or depth does not exceed half of the thickness tolerance.
The pattern is intact, and the pattern is allowed to have local slight burrs whose height does not exceed half of the thickness tolerance.

Checkered steel plate is a steel plate with a raised (or recessed) pattern on the surface. The pattern is lentil-shaped, diamond-shaped, round bean-shaped, and mixed flat and round shapes. The lentil shape is the most common in the market. The pattern can be a single diamond, lentil or round bean shape, or a combination of two or more patterns to become a combined pattern plate.
