Threaded connection and binding are still one of the main means of steel bar connection. When binding steel bars, the cross points of the steel bars should be tied firmly with iron wires; for the steel mesh on the board and the wall, except for the intersection points of the two outer rows of steel bars, all the intersection points of the outer two rows of steel bars should be firmly tied, and the intersection points of the middle part can be staggered at intervals to ensure that the position of the stressed steel bars does not produce deviation. The stirrups of beams and columns should be arranged vertically to the stressed steel bars, and the overlapping places of the hooks should be staggered along the direction of the stressed steel bars. The lap length and joint position of tension steel bar and compression steel bar joint meet the requirements of construction and acceptance specifications.

The binding of steel bars shall comply with the following regulations:

1. The intersection of steel bars must be fastened with iron wire.

2. The reinforcement mesh of the board and the wall must be fastened at intervals and staggered at the intersecting points of the middle part, but it is necessary to ensure that the stressed reinforcement does not shift. The two-way stressed steel mesh must be fully fastened.

3. For the steel bars of beams and columns, except for the design requirements, the stirrups should be arranged vertically to the stress bars.

4. At the intersection of the slab, the secondary beam and the main beam, the reinforcement of the slab is on the top, the reinforcement of the secondary beam is in the middle, and the reinforcement of the main beam is below; when there is a ring beam or a pad beam, the reinforcement of the main beam is on the top.

1. steel hook. There are three forms, namely semicircular hook, straight hook and oblique hook. After the steel bar is bent, the inner skin of the bending part shrinks, the outer skin extends, and the axis length remains unchanged. The bending part forms a circular arc. 3. Stirrups. The end of the stirrup should be a hook, and the form of the hook should meet the design requirements. Stirrup adjustment, that is, the difference or sum of the added length of the hook and the bending adjustment value, which is determined according to the outer package size or inner package size of the stirrup.

4. The cutting length of the steel bar should be comprehensively considered according to the size of the component, the thickness of the concrete cover layer, the adjustment value of the steel bar bending and the increased length of the hook.
a. Cutting length of straight steel bars = length of member - thickness of protective layer + increased length of hooks,
b. Cutting length of bent steel bar = length of straight section + length of oblique bend - adjustment value of bending + increased length of hook,
c. Stirrup blanking length = stirrup inner perimeter + stirrup adjustment value + hook increase length.
